Dare to Share Fair Knowledge and Skills for Development March 30-31, 2004		Conference Learning across Borders April 2, 2004
SDC organized a "Dare to Share Fair" in its premises at Ausserholligen / Berne on March 30 and 31, 2004 on "Managing Knowledge and Skills for Development". Around 200 people from SDC and SDC partner organizations from more than 30 countries came together to share the ways they learn from experience. The SDC building was transformed into a colorful market place. Market stalls, workshops and short presentations provided ideal opportunities for lively discussions and getting to know people. More details >>		The Conference "Learning across Borders" at Hotel Allegro, Berne on April 2, 2004 was open to a broader public and provided an opportunity to discuss knowledge management in a larger context. Highlights of the Dare to Share Fair were presented, followed by talks and discussions on the importance of knowledge management in private companies, in development cooperation and when dealing with different cultures. The sketches on the days' happenings by the Playback Theater Zurich provided a perfect end to an interesting and inspiring conference. More details >>
